Emporix in Poland is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from strategy to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver impactful AI-driven commerce solutions.

You will define vision and roadmaps, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment while focusing on customer value and business impact. Remote-friendly role with monthly office visits to Gliwice.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, CS, Engineering or related field
Exceptional collaboration skills across engineering, design, marketing and sales
Strategic thinker with customer-first mindset and strong business impact focus
Excellent English communication to executives, technical teams and customers
Willingness to visit Gliwice office about once per month to work with the team

Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
