Job summary

Relativity ODA LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic Platform in a hybrid Poland-based role. You will own the product strategy for the shared agent platform and harness, collaborating with teams building AI-powered products to define needs and drive investments.

You will partner with engineering, applied science, and platform teams to drive adoption, shape platform direction, and enable rapid, safe agent development at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally owning platform/infrastructure products.
• Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems, incl. orchestration or multi-step workflows.
• Experience making build-versus-buy decisions and influencing architecture with eng teams.
• Strong analytical mindset; used telemetry and analytics to inform decisions.
• Able to influence roadmaps without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, abstractions, dependencies, and failure points for agents and skills.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into vision, strategy, and roadmap for harness and reference agent.
• Monitor external agent ecosystem to inform decisions.
• Own strategy for core harness and reference agent implementations.
• Define metrics for platform adoption and agent quality; track time-to-build.
