Job summary

Relativity in Poland seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic Platform to own the product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness. You will work with AI teams to understand needs and prioritize platform investments.

You will collaborate with engineering and applied science to drive adoption, governance, and long-term platform direction, including skills registries and multi-model support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience with AI-powered or agentic systems in production.
• Experience defending build-versus-buy decisions and guiding architecture with engineering teams.
• Strong analytics using telemetry, analytics, experimentation, and data to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for the agent harness and reference agent.
• Collaborate with AI teams to gather requirements and prioritize platform investments.
• Drive platform adoption and governance across engineering and science teams.
• Measure success with adoption metrics and time-to-build KPIs.
