Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic Platform to own the product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness. You will collaborate with AI-focused teams to understand needs, prioritize investments, and drive safe, scalable agent development across engineering, applied science, and platform groups.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, measure platform adoption, and influence architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production, including orchestration or multi-step workflows.
• Strong data-driven decision making using telemetry and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness.
• Engage with AI initiatives to identify gaps and prioritize platform investments.
• Drive adoption and influence platform direction across engineering, applied science, and product teams.
• Track success metrics for platform adoption, quality, and time-to-build for consuming teams.
• Lead cross-functional programs balancing scalability with product needs.
