Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic Platform to own the product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness. You will collaborate with AI-focused teams to understand needs, prioritize investments, and drive safe, scalable agent development across engineering, applied science, and platform groups.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, measure platform adoption, and influence architecture.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably with platform or infrastructure products.
Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production, including orchestration or multi-step workflows.
Strong data-driven decision making using telemetry and experiments.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness.
Engage with AI initiatives to identify gaps and prioritize platform investments.
Drive adoption and influence platform direction across engineering, applied science, and product teams.
Track success metrics for platform adoption, quality, and time-to-build for consuming teams.
Lead cross-functional programs balancing scalability with product needs.
