Relativity Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agentic Platform, to own the strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness.

You’ll partner with AI-powered product teams to prioritize investments, ensure rapid, safe, and scalable agent development, and drive platform direction with engineering and applied science teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally owning platform or infrastructure products used by internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of workflows, abstractions, dependencies, and failure points involved in designing, building, testing, and deploying agents and skills.
• Engage with product teams (aiR Assist and others) to identify gaps, validate requirements, and drive platform improvements.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent harness and reference agent.
• Monitor the external agent ecosystem to inform product and architectural decisions.
• Own strategy and execution for core harness and reference agent implementations.
• Define and track success metrics related to platform adoption and time-to-build for consuming teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, applied science, and product teams.
• Prioritize investments across platform capabilities and reference agent enhancements.
• Drive integration with adjacent AI Platform capabilities (registries, tracing, observability).
• Shape long-term platform strategy including skills registries and multi-model support.
