Job summary

Text is seeking a product leader to own an end-to-end product area, turning real-time signals into measurable outcomes like conversion and revenue. You will define hypotheses, run rapid experiments, and iterate in a high-ambiguity, high-ownership environment with engineers and designers to deliver simple, effective solutions.

You should have experience in early-stage or zero-to-one environments, focus on outcomes, and strong product judgment, with a knack for turning customer behavior insights

Qualifications

• Experience running product discovery and rapid experimentation cycles.
• Strong data fluency; comfortable using product analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Background in activation, growth, or behaviour-driven products.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

You'll join a product area focused on turning behavioural signals into actions that drive conversion, revenue, and growth - not another CRM, but a system that helps businesses act in real time.

We have a clear direction. Now we need someone who can turn it into fast learning, sharp decisions, and continuous progress in a high-ambiguity, high-ownership environment. This is a builder role - you'll define how the product works end-to-end, turning real-time signals into measurable outcomes.

What you'll do
