Job summary

You should have experience in early-stage or zero-to-one environments, focus on outcomes, and strong product judgment, with a knack for turning customer behavior insights

Qualifications

• Experience running product discovery and rapid experimentation cycles.
• Strong data fluency; comfortable using product analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Background in activation, growth, or behaviour-driven products.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end - from identifying the right problems to delivering measurable outcomes (e.g. conversion, revenue).
• Turn direction into fast learning - define hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate quickly.
• Make high-quality decisions in ambiguity and move forward without perfect data.
• Work closely with engineering and design to build simple, effective solutions.
• Move fast and stay focused - prioritise what matters most and continuously learn what works.
• Collaborate across teams to build a cohesive product experience, not isolated features.
