Job summary

BELVEDERE Senior Product Engineer in Warsaw will manage identity and access across enterprise apps, overseeing Joiner, Mover, Leaver workflows and secure provisioning. You will collaborate with security and business teams to maintain governance and compliance, integrating HR systems with IAM for efficient onboarding/offboarding.

Ideal candidates bring 6-8 years in IAM, hands-on SailPoint/AD, cloud identity (Azure/AWS), and scripting skills in PowerShell/SQL to automate and report on identity

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Identity & Access Management experience.
• Hands-on with SailPoint and Active Directory.

Position Overview

As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll play a vital role in managing identity and access management processes across the organisation's enterprise applications. You'll oversee the complete Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle, ensuring secure and compliant access provisioning and deprovisioning. This position requires close collaboration with security and business teams to maintain effective access governance, support certification campaigns, and integrate HR systems with IAM platforms to streamline onboarding and offboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes across enterprise applications
• Perform user provisioning and deprovisioning through IAM platforms
• Support identity lifecycle workflows and access certification campaigns
• Integrate HR systems with IAM platforms to automate processes
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure access management
• Monitor and resolve identity provisioning issues efficiently
• Support security audits and compliance initiatives
