Job summary

CAPCO POLAND is seeking an experienced IAM Governance Consultant based in Poland to help drive enterprise-wide governance initiatives. You will analyze existing IAM governance frameworks, identify gaps, and translate requirements into actionable guidelines, working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will lead workshops, deliver recommendations, and monitor progress, ensuring Joiner-Mover-Leaver, recertification, and application onboarding processes are optimized.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IAM Governance Consultant to provide specialist consulting services. The consultant will play a key role in analyzing existing governance frameworks, assessing project outcomes, and driving continuous improvements across multiple User Access Management (UAM) initiatives.

Working independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams, you will evaluate governance processes, challenge assumptions constructively, facilitate decision-making, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable governance guidelines.

What You'll Deliver

• Analyze and enhance IAM Governance processes, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), Recertification, and Application Onboarding frameworks.
• Review project findings, identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, providing practical and evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve group-wide IAM Governance guidelines, standards, and documentation.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and recurring meetings to drive alignment and decision-making across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor progress, report on key governance activities, and present process updates, recommendations, and outcomes to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within IAM Governance, Identity Management, or User Access Management programmes.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM Governance processes, including Identity Lifecycle Management, JML, Recertification, and Application Onboarding.
• Experience working with Business Roles, Non-Personal Accounts, and access governance controls.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and validate recommendations constructively.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Bonus Points For

• German language skills.
• Experience defining and implementing enterprise-wide IAM Governance standards and frameworks.
• Experience delivering across multiple IAM or UAM transformation projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory, audit, or compliance requirements related to identity and access governance.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, IAM, Security, or Governance disciplines.
