Emergeconsulting is seeking a Security IAM Specialist to protect identities across a global, high-throughput enterprise platform. You will design, configure, and enforce identity policies and lifecycle processes.

The role emphasizes Entra ID/Azure AD, RBAC/ABAC, and integrating AI-assisted automation to optimize access reviews and threat detection, with hybrid work including Warsaw visits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Are you an Identity & Access Management (IAM) expert who knows how to enforce the Principle of Least Privilege across complex enterprise environments? Do you leverage AI-driven automation and smart tools to stay ahead of identity threats and streamline access reviews?

We are looking for a Security IAM Specialist to join a high-impact team securing digital identities for millions of users across a global infrastructure platform.

What’s more, we actively encourage and expect our engineers to leverage AI-assisted tools (Security Copilot, LLM workflows, automated script generation) to optimize identity lifecycle management, policy reviews, and threat detection.

Securing Digital Identities: Define, configure, and manage identity structures and access policies (Principle of Least Privilege).

Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee access reviews, directory services, and access control models across enterprise systems.

Cloud & Hybrid IAM: Manage Microsoft AD & Entra ID environments, enforcing strict authentication, RBAC, and conditional access policies.

AI-Assisted IAM Operations: Utilize AI tools & AI-driven analytics to automate access reviews, detect anomaly behaviors in access logs, and generate deployment scripts/policies.

What we are looking for:

5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and managing IAM systems.

Strong expertise in MS Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD).

Deep understanding of IAM protocols, directory services, RBAC/ABAC models, and identity governance.

AI & Automation Mindset: Practical experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot for Security, ChatGPT/Claude for script automation, AI-driven identity analytics) in daily security operations.

Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Required Certifications:

Microsoft SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)

Microsoft AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer Associate)

CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent baseline security cert)
