Job summary

BELVEDERE Senior Product Engineer in Warsaw will manage identity and access across enterprise apps, overseeing Joiner, Mover, Leaver workflows and secure provisioning. You will collaborate with security and business teams to maintain governance and compliance, integrating HR systems with IAM for efficient onboarding/offboarding.

Ideal candidates bring 6-8 years in IAM, hands-on SailPoint/AD, cloud identity (Azure/AWS), and scripting skills in PowerShell/SQL to automate and report on identity

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Identity & Access Management experience.
• Hands-on with SailPoint and Active Directory.
• Experience with user lifecycle management processes.
• Knowledge of access governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with OpenLDAP and IBM Security Access Manager.
• Familiarity with Workday Workforce Lifecycle and Absence Management.
• Understanding of cloud identity platforms (Azure and AWS).
• Skills in PowerShell and SQL for automation and reporting.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and audit support.
• Strong analytical and provisioning troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity lifecycle management across IAM platforms.
• Oversee Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and provisioning.
• Support access certification campaigns and audits.
• Integrate HR systems with IAM to streamline onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate with security and business teams to enforce access governance.
• Implement RBAC frameworks and automate reporting tasks.
