Job summary

BELVEDERE is seeking an IAM Domain Specialist to manage and secure access across our systems, onboarding non-personal and privileged accounts and conducting compliance reviews.

You will support access certification campaigns, collaborate on IAM integration assessments, and ensure adherence to security governance frameworks while working in a hybrid Krakow-based team for a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on with One Identity Manager and CyberArk PAM.
• Understanding RBAC concepts and SoD reviews.
• Familiarity with IAM governance and access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage non-personal accounts across systems and applications.
• Conduct orphan account reviews to identify and remediate security risks.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and governance frameworks.
• Support access certification campaigns and coordinate review processes.
• Assist with application onboarding and IAM integration assessments.
• Manage privileged account governance using PAM solutions.
• Coordinate IAM integration assessments for new systems and applications.
• Review and validate role-based access controls and permissions.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of access management activities.

Position Overview

As an IAM Domain Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing and securing access across the organisation's systems. You'll be responsible for onboarding and managing non-personal and privileged accounts, conducting compliance reviews, and supporting access certification campaigns. This position requires 6-8 years of experience and offers the chance to work with leading IAM technologies including One Identity Manager and CyberArk, whilst ensuring adherence to security policies and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles and best practices
• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (Quest One Identity Manager)
• Proficiency with CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management solutions
• Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and implementation
• Experience managing service accounts and non-personal accounts
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and security governance frameworks
• Familiarity with IBM Security Access Manager
• Understanding of SAP Security & Authorization principles
• Experience with Active Directory (desirable)
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews (desirable)
• Familiarity with access reviews and certification processes (desirable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
