Job summary

Link Group seeks a User Access Certification Analyst to support enterprise access governance across business-critical systems. You will partner with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to ensure robust access controls, execute recertification campaigns, and drive IAM process improvements.

You will analyze access permissions using SailPoint and Active Directory, support audits, and identify automation opportunities to optimize user lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Access Governance, or User Access Certification.
• Experience with user provisioning, access reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and role management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint and Active Directory, and data validation.
• Experience with IAM automation.
• SQL or advanced Excel.
• Experience supporting audits or working with ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and access governance principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
