Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Product management/development/owner experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical mind and regular usage of AI tools like Co-pilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

Responsibilities

• Monitor issuer KPIs on digital wallets/wearables to reach 100% issuer enablement via MDES Express.
• Support roll-out of new digital wallet/wearable wallets or key issuer launches.
• Drive product marketing efforts with up-to-date toolkits and sales materials.
• Raise product enhancements / issues to global product owners.
• Leverage Mastercard knowledge to inform data-driven decisions.
• Lead by example with hands-on product management and best practices.
