Job summary

• Experienced programme manager with multi-country SaaS commercialization experience.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity while delivering structured plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with identity verification, digital credentials, wallets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market and sales enablement so local teams can engage customers consistently
• Support and enable local market teams across 30+ European markets plus Moldova and Ukraine
• Oversee and guide market plans and prioritisation; ensure timely support and involvement by experts
• Manage and support customer pilots in identity solutions with WE BUILD and other pilots
• Support local teams in turning interest into active opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, commercial and market teams
