Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive development and adoption of digital payment credential solutions across Europe, with a focus on the European Digital Identity Wallet ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Define product strategies for Digital Payment Credentials and digital wallet solutions.
Lead participation in European digital identity and credential initiatives from inception to delivery.
Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on digital credential programs in Europe.
Coordinate multi-stakeholder programs with banks, wallet providers, merchants, partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
Define project scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones.
Oversee partner onboarding, readiness assessments, and implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, architecture, UX) to deliver user-centric solutions.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions; escalate when needed.
Monitor industry trends, standards, and regulations to inform product direction.
