Job summary

LiveChat seeks a senior Product Designer to own end-to-end channel experiences across messaging integrations (WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Instagram). You will partner with PMs and engineers to translate API‑driven constraints into simple, reliable experiences that drive engagement and growth.

You will own the design process, maintain a healthy design system in Figma, test against real APIs, and identify opportunities for growth while collaborating with a hybrid team that values outcomes

Qualifications

• Senior designer with end‑to‑end ownership of product design.
• Strong UI/UX foundation and ability to turn data into design actions.
• Comfort reading API docs and validating designs with live product flows.
• Experience with design systems and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end channel experiences across messaging integrations.
• Lead the design process from research to pixel‑perfect execution.
• Design for reliability with clear patterns for errors and statuses.
• Maintain and improve the design system and Figma hygiene.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to validate designs with data and real API responses.
