Job summary

Text is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of omnichannel channel experiences (WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Instagram, and more). You will translate API-driven constraints into reliable user experiences, work with PMs and engineers, and drive engagement and growth through research, prototyping, and hands-on validation against real APIs and live product flows.

You will lead the design lifecycle from research to pixel-perfect execution, maintain a healthy design system

Qualifications

Senior designer with end-to-end ownership experience.
Proficiency in Figma and user testing/insights tools.
Strong UI/UX foundation with data-informed design.

Responsibilities

Own the channel experience end-to-end from setup to daily use across messaging channels.
Lead the design lifecycle from research and prototyping to pixel-perfect execution.
Design for reliability with clear patterns for errors and statuses across channels.
Keep the design system healthy in Figma as a single source of truth.
Identify growth opportunities by anticipating user needs and platform changes.
Collaborate closely with engineering and PM to ensure design decisions are implemented.
Leverage product analytics and user feedback to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes.
