Job summary

Text is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our omnichannel messaging experiences, connecting WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Instagram, and more inside Text. You’ll partner with PMs and engineers to translate API-driven constraints into simple, reliable flows, using research, prototyping, and real API feedback to drive engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

Senior designer with end-to-end design ownership.
Experience using Figma and user testing tools.
Strong UI/UX foundation with user-friendly design.
Ability to translate data and insights into design decisions.
Understand API-driven constraints and product strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the channel experience end-to-end: design how customers connect, configure, and manage messaging channels inside Text.
Lead the design process from research and prototyping to pixel-perfect execution.
Design for reliability with clear patterns for errors, statuses, and edge cases across channels.
Keep the design system healthy and ensure a trustworthy source of truth in Figma files.
Identify growth opportunities and anticipate platform changes from channel partners.
Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers as the go-to reference for design decisions.
Leverage data and user feedback to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
