Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking an experienced IT Operations Architect to shape the architecture of an AI-powered IT Operations product. This role collaborates with product, engineering, operations and security teams to define scalable solutions integrating workflow automation, AI-assisted capabilities and knowledge management.

You will influence product direction, architecture standards, and the adoption of AI-driven practices across multiple customers and platforms, contributing to Capgemini's

Your Role

You will shape the architecture of an AI-powered IT Operations product that supports incident, change, and request management across global environments. Working with product, engineering, operations, and security teams, you will define scalable solutions that combine workflow automation, AI-assisted capabilities, and knowledge management. You can expect a strategic role with significant influence on product direction, architecture standards, and the adoption of AI-driven operational practices across multiple customers and platforms.

Your Tasks

• Define end-to-end architecture for incident, change, problem, and request management processes.
• Design workflow and orchestration capabilities that combine automation, AI services, and human decision-making.
• Establish architecture principles for AI governance, agent permissions, and operational oversight.
• Design AI-assisted solutions across chat, email, and voice channels to support operational teams.
• Define knowledge management architecture, including governance, taxonomy, and information lifecycle processes.
• Create architecture documentation and implementation guidelines to support delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Profile

• Experience designing enterprise IT operations and IT service management solutions.
• Strong understanding of incident, change, problem, and request management processes.
• Knowledge of service delivery models, SLA governance, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Experience designing automation and AI-enabled solutions, including orchestration and workflow platforms.
• Understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop processes, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience designing knowledge management, data architecture, or information governance solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills.
• Ability to create clear architecture documentation and technical designs.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security principles, networking, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align cross-functional team
