Job summary

Platige Image is seeking an experienced freelance Senior Producer to lead end-to-end delivery of a high-end game cinematic project. You will own schedules, budgets, and profitability while coordinating with Directors, CG Supervisors, and Art Directors to translate creative requirements into actionable plans.

Applicants should have at least six years in production-management across animation, VFX, film or game dev, with a proven track record of complex project delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of production-management experience in animation, VFX, post-production, film or game development.
• Proven responsibility at Producer level with ownership of schedules, budgets and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of CG/VFX production pipeline and excellent prioritisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery, including schedule, budget, cost control and profitability.
• Collaborate with Director, CG Supervisor, Art Director and Project Coordinator to translate requirements into a production plan.
• Define and manage project scope, handle change requests and negotiate budgets with the Client.
• Lead estimating and bidding from the production side.
• Maintain clear communication with Client and internal teams, reporting progress, risks and decisions.
• Plan production across the CG/VFX pipeline and manage departmental dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate production risks while aligning creative ambition with constraints.
• Manage external vendors and support the project’s production team.
