We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist who will independently manage sourcing and procurement activities, build strong supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and supplier management activities.
- Drive cost optimization, savings, and procurement process improvement initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and optimize the supplier portfolio.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value.
- Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements while promoting best procurement practices.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management, preferably gained in large, international organizations or multinational companies.
- Proven experience in independently managing supplier selection processes, including RFQs and RFPs.
- Strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and delivering cost optimization initiatives and measurable savings.
- Experience in identifying and implementing procurement process improvements.
- Strong market analysis skills and the ability to identify alternative suppliers, products, and sourcing opportunities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
- Good command of English (B2/C1).
- Willingness to work from the office in Gdańsk twice a week.
