Junior Procurement Officer with German Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź - Hybrid 2/3

We are looking for a candidate with:

• About 1 year of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Fluency in English (C1) and German (minimum B2) - essential for client communication purposes
• Willingness to work directly with clients via phone and email, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
• Educational background in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain would be considered an asset
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Your key activities:

• Shopping Cart processing
• Purchase Order management
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of orders
• Goods Receipt (GR) issue resolution
• Info records update

Coordinating and maintaining direct communication with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

Managing day-to-day operational interactions with suppliers and clients

Ensuring achievement of business targets, including Service Level Agreements (SLA), as well as individual performance objectives

Driving efficiency and maintaining high quality standards across executed processes

Identifying process gaps and proactively proposing improvement opportunities
