Luftronix seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities, sourcing and evaluating suppliers for hardware, software, and services. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain records, and negotiate contracts to support projects.

The role requires travel to Krakow offices and collaboration with engineering, production, and finance teams in an international environment. Fluency in English, Polish and Ukrainian is essential.

Role Description

The Senior Procurement Specialist is a full-time role dedicated to manage end-to-end procurement activities, including:

• sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for hardware, software, and services


• processing and control of purchase orders,


• coordinating deliveries and collaborating with warehouses;


• ensuring compliance with company policies,


• maintaining accurate procurement records,


• negotiating contracts terms and pricing,


• collaborating closely with engineering, production, and finance teams to support project timelines and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement background with skills in Procurement and Materials Planning for production, including end-to-end purchasing cycle management.


• Experience in supplier management with capabilities in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and reliable partnerships.


• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for cost analysis, supplier performance assessment, and data-driven decision-making.


• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems and solid MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, international environment.


• Fluency in English, Polish and Ukrainian.
