Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a D365 Low-Code Architect to join our technology consulting team and lead design and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing role blending deep technical expertise with consulting and leadership to accelerate digital transformation through low-code, automation, and AI-driven results.

You will guide engagements from discovery to delivery, ensure governance and security, mentor teams, and enable adoption through

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in leading consulting, architecture, or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform architecture and governance.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions and Responsible AI practices.
• Hands-on with PPAC, Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Proven ability to design secure, compliant, and integrated solutions.
• Fluent English and residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform consulting engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Design and document architectures, data models, and specifications.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance across Power Platform and AI.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Drive adoption through workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support pre-sales with demos and Proof of Concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise integrations.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and value.
• Work in Agile environments, manage customer backlogs.
