Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a D365 Low-Code Architect to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions for clients. You will combine deep technical expertise with consulting and leadership to accelerate digital transformation using low-code technologies, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

You will guide engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring scalable architectures, governance, and security while mentoring team members and driving stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as Leading Consultant or Architect.
• Deep Power Platform architecture and governance knowledge.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Design and document architecture, data models, and specs.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across Power Platform and AI.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Drive adoption through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Support pre-sales with demos and PoCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and client value.
• Work in Agile environments with backlog prioritization.
