Sii Poland is seeking a D365 Low‑Code Architect to join our technology consulting team in Poland. Lead design and delivery of solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, combining strong technical and consulting leadership to accelerate digital transformation for clients.

You will design architectures, govern security and compliance, mentor teams, and drive adoption through workshops and demonstrations while collaborating with enterprise systems and Agile backlogs.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Power Platform architecture and governance.
• Strong understanding of AI and agentic solutions, including Responsible AI practices.
• Fluent English; residency in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform consulting engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Design and document architecture, data models, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Support pre-sales activities with demonstrations and POCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise integrations.
• Drive adoption through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage backlog in Agile environments.
