Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a D365 Low-Code Architect to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions for clients. This strategic, client-facing role combines deep technical expertise with consulting and leadership to accelerate digital transformation through low-code, automation, and AI-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in leading consultant/architect roles.
• Deep expertise in Power Platform architecture and governance.
• Strong understanding of AI and responsible AI practices.
• Hands-on experience with PPAC, Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID and Azure.
• Ability to design secure and compliant solutions.
• Experience in integration, security, and enterprise architecture.
• Familiar with testing, governance and risk management for AI.
• Fluent English, residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform consulting engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Design and document architecture, data models and specs.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Drive adoption through workshops, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Support pre-sales with demos and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise system integration.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and client value.
• Work in Agile environments, managing and prioritizing backlogs.
