Job summary

Nordea is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Trading & Custody Services (TCS) division. You will lead complex regulatory and market‑driven change initiatives focused on securities and post-trade, translating business needs into actionable requirements and driving delivery from analysis to implementation.

Role can be based in Poland (Łódź or Gdańsk) or in any Nordic country, with a hybrid working model and strong cross-border collaboration with stakeholders across

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex, high-impact change initiatives with substantial experience in securities and post-trade.
• Strong track record of leading regulatory or market-mandatory projects from analysis through to implementation.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of securities markets, post-trade processes and evolving regulatory and market infrastructure.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, process analysis and data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

• Drive and own business analysis activities across regulatory and market driven projects
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs
• Identify risks, gaps and improvement areas, including regulatory impacts
• Perform process analysis and documentation
