Zusammenfassung

Nordea is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to bridge development and operations for Securities Finance Trading Technology. You will improve production stability, automate deployments, support critical trading platforms, and drive operational excellence across the application lifecycle.

You will work closely with developers and traders in a hybrid environment, influencing architecture and technology direction while advancing monitoring, security, and performance across Windows and Linux estates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with application operations, infrastructure, and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with monitoring, observability, logs, alerting, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, release management, and environment support.
• Strong automation skills with PowerShell and/or Python to reduce manual effort.

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison between developers, operations and business stakeholders for smooth handover and production readiness.
• Lead CI/CD improvements to drive automation, stability and delivery efficiency.
• Serve as senior escalation point for incidents with root cause analysis and operational improvements.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure stack, environments, databases, configurations, integrations and vulnerability remediation.
• Improve monitoring, observability, alerting and performance management to reduce disruptions.
