Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading complex, large-scale change initiatives end-to-end within financial services.
• Strong track record in regulatory or market-mandatory projects.
• Experience navigating multi-country cross-border programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-trade migration initiatives with accountability for delivery, risk and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive large-scale projects in line with change roadmaps and regulatory timelines.
• Act as a senior, active member of a cross-border change team.
• Establish governance structures and report to senior forums.
