Fundraise Up seeks a Senior Product Manager for Organization Experience retention and expansion, owning retention, product adoption, and growth across active organizations. You’ll centralize cross-product strategies to ensure activation and realized value from Fundraise Up products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments.
• Experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes behind adoption and churn.
• Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation.
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions.
• Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact; collaboration with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Define Retention & Expansion Strategy: translate targets into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap for measurable impact.
• Lead Discovery & Opportunity Diagnosis: structured discovery across interviews, analytics, and funnel review.
• Own Product Adoption & Expansion Initiatives: define and prioritize cross-functional initiatives for activation and monetization.
• Drive Cross-Functional Retention Programs: partner with PMM, CSM, GTM, and Product.
• Measure Outcomes & Drive Accountability: maintain a metric tree for retention, monetization, and adoption.
• Leverage AI/ML for Retention & Expansion: explore segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization with Data/Engineering.
