Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to own a domain end-to-end, impacting donation volume and platform reliability. You will write specs, drive strategy, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, and Customer Success to turn complex problems into scalable solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define quarterly goals, run structured discovery, and monitor product health with strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise.
• Edge-case aware and outcome oriented.
• Ability to write precise specs for engineers.
• Experience delivering in high-pressure environments.
• Fluency in English (C1) and ability to work with a Russian-speaking team.

Responsibilities

• Define quarterly goals and success metrics for your domain.
• Run structured discovery via interviews and data analysis.
• Write engineering-ready specs with edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with GTM on enterprise issues and scalable product improvements.
• Track product health with attribution and causal reasoning.
• Use AI to support research, analysis, and communication.
