Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Remote Build initiative, focused on integrating AI agents within HR and Finance. This role involves owning demand signals and unit economics, building bespoke connectors, and collaborating with platform teams to enhance product offerings.

The candidate should possess senior-level product management experience with strong technical fluency and outstanding communication skills. The position supports remote working and offers a competitive salary range of $149,750 to $168,500.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping agent-facing or AI-native product surfaces.
• Ability to build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
• Track record in platform, API, or developer-facing products.
• Experience establishing a new product line or business.
• Ability to understand revenue generation and retention from a product perspective.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST, Webhooks, and security.
• Creating effortless user experience in custom applications.
• Making strategic and tactical decisions about feature prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own demand signals and unit economics to ensure profitability.
• Make standard deployments fast and predictable.
• Develop bespoke connectors based on customer requests.
• Build custom applications with customers using Remote's technology.
