Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - French speaker to join our Transformation Project Office.

This role will contribute to strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within the Investment Banking division, coordinating projects across Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering, organizational transformation, innovation projects, and business projects.

Qualifications

• PM experience in financial institutions and/or consulting firms.
• Knowledge of Investment Banking environment; exposure to IT projects is a plus.
• Leadership with Agile, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects independently across global initiatives.
• Align objectives with stakeholder expectations and report to sponsors.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the PM community.
• Contribute to cross-functional CSR and communications initiatives.
