Job summary

Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is seeking a Project Manager to join our Transformation Project Office.

This role will contribute to the strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within the Investment Banking Business, based in Warsaw. You will coordinate projects across Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering and cross-functional initiatives, reporting to sponsors on business or IT projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Project Management within financial institutions or consulting firms.
• Experience leading projects with Agile, Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work in a task-force mode in challenging environments.
• Excellent relationship-building, organizational skills and proactive communication.
• Fluent English; Polish and French are assets.

Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Transformation Project Office. This role will contribute to the strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within the Investment Banking Business.

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate projects across various business areas, including Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering, organizational transformation, innovation projects, and business projects. You will be working closely with stakeholders and reporting to sponsors on business or IT initiatives.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Manage and coordinate projects independently, contributing to global initiatives within the international project office community
• Align project objectives, manage stakeholders, and report to sponsors on business or IT initiatives
• Take charge of continuous improvement actions and participate in the development of knowledge sharing and assistance between project managers
• Collaborate on cross-cutting initiatives, such as CSR and communication

Required

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record in financial institutions or consulting firms and knowledge of the Investment Banking environment and business
• Demonstrated project leadership skills, supported by Agile, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Adaptability and agility in challenging environments, with the ability to work in a task‑force mode
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a positive mindset, strong organizational skills
• Curious, proactive, and driven, with a strong ability to steer initiatives and tailor communication effectively.
• Fluency in English is required, with Polish and French as assets
