Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Transformation Project Office, driving strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within Investment Banking.

You will coordinate projects across Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, and organizational transformation, reporting to sponsors on business or IT initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement, CSR

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in financial institutions or consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Banking environment and its core business.
• Experience leading projects and teams with Agile/Lean/Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work in a task-force mode and adapt to challenging environments.
• Excellent relationship-building, organizational skills, proactive and driven.
• Fluency in English; Polish and French are assets.

Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Transformation Project Office. This role will contribute to the strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within the Investment Banking Business.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate projects across various business areas, including Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering, organizational transformation, innovation projects, and business projects. You will be working closely with stakeholders and reporting to sponsors on business or IT initiatives.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Manage and coordinate projects independently, contributing to global initiatives within the international project office community
• Align project objectives, manage stakeholders, and report to sponsors on business or IT initiatives
• Take charge of continuous improvement actions and participate in the development of knowledge sharing and assistance between project managers
• Collaborate on cross-cutting initiatives, such as CSR and communication

Required

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record in financial institutions and consulting firms, supported by strong knowledge of the Investment Banking environment and its core business.
• Demonstrated project leadership skills, supported by Agile, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Adaptability and agility in challenging environments, with the ability to work in a task-force mode
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a positive mindset, strong organizational skills
• Curious, proactive, and driven, with a strong ability to steer initiatives and tailor communication effectively.
• Fluency in English is required, with Polish and French as assets
