Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agentic Platform, to own the product strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness. You will partner with AI-powered product teams to understand needs, prioritize platform investments, and ensure rapid, safe, scalable agent development.

You will collaborate across engineering, applied science, and platform groups to drive adoption, shape platform direction, and deliver governance, observability, and lifecycle management for agent

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably with platform or infrastructure products.
Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production environments.
Ability to defend build-versus-buy decisions and influence architectural direction.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and execution for the agent harness and reference agent.
Translate stakeholder feedback into a clear roadmap for the platform and reference agent.
Drive adoption and coordinate across engineering, applied science, and platform teams.
Define success metrics related to platform adoption and time-to-build for teams.
