Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agentic Platform, to own the strategy and roadmap for the shared agent platform and harness. You will collaborate with AI-powered product teams to identify needs, prioritize investments, and ensure scalable, safe agent development.

You will partner with engineering, applied science, and platform teams to drive adoption, shape direction, and govern the reference agent.

Qualifications

. 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally owning platform or infrastructure products used by internal teams.
. Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production environments, including orchestration, tool usage, or multi-step reasoning workflows.
. Experience making and defending build-versus-buy decisions and influencing architectural direction alongside engineering teams.
. Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using telemetry, analytics, experimentation, and data to inform product decisions.
. Experience influencing roadmaps and priorities across teams without direct authority.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
