Job summary

GlobalLogic in Poland seeks a Senior Program Project Leader to guide complex software programs with a strong emphasis on technical leadership and agile product ownership.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders across organizational boundaries, and ensuring transparent planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple programs within a platform ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Program Coordinator, or in a comparable role within a complex software development environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or comparable frameworks).
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the platform backlog, including prioritization and refinement activities.
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional activities across the platform environment.
• Plan, monitor, and track sprint execution and delivery progress.
• Prepare sprint reports and management status updates.
• Define, maintain, and report relevant platform KPIs.
• Track and manage platform-related risks identified by development and verification teams.
