Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-project programs, mentor project leaders, and ensure governance and timely delivery of program artifacts across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and experience with advanced program management tools. This is a full-time on-site position in Poland with a comprehensive benefits package.
