Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience building systems at real scale with high availability.
• Deep AWS expertise across compute, messaging, storage, networking, and observability.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Solid distributed systems thinking and failure-recovery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain AWS infrastructure – architecture, reliability, security, and cost.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines enabling ship from commit to production with zero manual steps.
• Help decide when to ship fast to learn and when to solidify the foundation.
• Influence architecture and product direction beyond coding tickets.
• Adopt the latest AI improvements to accelerate building and shipping.
