Transcarent is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Pharmacy Care to shape the roadmap of our Pharmacy Care solutions. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Solutions teams to build pharmacy experiences that are simple, transparent, and outcome-driven for members.

You are a strategically minded, analytical product leader with 5–7 years in healthcare product management, end-to-end roadmap ownership, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s or higher in healthcare, public health, or business preferred
• 5–7 years of product management experience, including in pharmacy, PBM, or healthcare solution delivery
• End-to-end ownership of a product roadmap from discovery through launch and measurement
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
• Data-driven decision making with funnels, cohorts, and outcomes
• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving organizations with flexibility
• Excellent prioritization, scoping, and documentation
• Familiarity with modern product tools and AI-assisted workflows is a plus

Mansioni

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for key features within Pharmacy Care portfolio
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Solutions teams to define requirements and ship releases
• Collaborate with PBMs, pharmacies, and other partners to deliver outcomes and member experience
• Translate member journey pain points into clear requirements and measurable success criteria
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities and validate decisions
• Define and track key product metrics and report results to stakeholders
• Understand client and sponsor needs with Solutions and Client Success teams
• Coordinate with Clinical teams to reflect sound clinical judgment
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specs; lead sprint planning
• Stay updated on pharmacy/PBM landscape and AI-enabled tech directions
