Job summary

Agoda is hiring for a Performance Marketing role based in Wroclaw, Poland. You will own and optimize marketing spend with meta search partners, manage accounts, and shape bidding strategies to drive ROIs and revenue growth.

You will analyze performance, communicate insights to stakeholders, and build long-term advertiser relationships while leveraging Agoda APIs and data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance.
• Experience in online marketing or business development.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a Get it done attitude.
• Analytical with logical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.
• Experience presenting to external senior executives.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine partners.
• Independently manage your accounts.
• Manage the commercial terms, bidding and pricing strategies, and technical implementation.
• Decide with Bidding and Pricing teams strategies that deliver ROIs and revenue growth.
• Track detailed performance KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
• Communicate results, ideas, and statistics with stakeholders.
• Ensure the advertiser implements Agoda APIs and related innovations.
• Be familiar with the booking funnel, user experience, and conversion drivers.
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers for ongoing growth.
