Zusammenfassung

Agoda is seeking a Performance Marketing – MSE role based in Bangkok with global reach. You will own large Meta Search Engine partnerships, manage accounts, and shape commercial terms and pricing to drive ROI and revenue growth.

You’ll work with data-driven teams, analyze performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders, while building long-term relationships with advertisers and expanding opportunities worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics and Finance.
• Business development and/or account management experience in online marketing.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a 'Get it done!' attitude.
• Passionately analytical with strong ability to think logically and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse (SQL, Tableau and MS Excel).
• Ability to effectively communicate, influence and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management).
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners.
• Independently manage your accounts.
• Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including terms, bidding and pricing strategies, and technical implementation.
• Coordinate with Bidding and Pricing teams to deliver ROIs and revenue growth.
• Track KPIs and deliver data-driven insights to improve results.
• Communicate results and statistics with stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure advertisers implement Agoda APIs and related innovations.
• Understand the full booking funnel between advertisers and Agoda.
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers for growth.
