Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to own large Meta Search Engine partnerships and drive revenue growth. You will manage accounts, align activities with Agoda’s marketing goals, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Based in Bangkok, Thailand, the role offers relocation support to Bangkok and invites candidates worldwide. You will work with analysts, marketers, and data scientists to optimize the lifetime value of customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners.
• Independently manage your accounts.
• Drive strategic steering across channels by aligning MSE activity with Agoda’s broader marketing, commercial, and customer acquisition objectives.
• Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including terms, bidding, and pricing strategies, and technical implementation.
• Decide strategies with Bidding and Pricing teams to deliver ROIs and revenue growth.
• Track detailed performance and KPIs and deliver data-driven insights to improve results.
• Communicate results and business statistics with different stakeholders.
• Ensure the advertiser implements Agoda APIs and related innovations.
• Be familiar with the full booking funnel and conversion drivers.

With Performance Marketing, MSE is a business development and marketing role within Agoda’s marketing department. It involves working with online vertical search advertisers (Meta Search Engines) to drive hotel booking sales.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners
• Independently manage your accounts
• Drive strategic steering across channels by aligning MSE activity with Agoda’s broader marketing, commercial, and customer acquisition objectives.
• Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including commercial terms, bidding and pricing strategies, and technical implementation
• Decide in coordination with the Bidding and Pricing teams strategies that deliver expected ROIs and revenue growth
• Track detailed performance/KPIs and deliver regular data-driven actionable insights to improve results
• Succinctly communicate the results, ideas, and business statistics with different stakeholders
• Ensure the advertiser implements the right Agoda APIs and related technological innovations
• Be immersed and intimately familiar with the entire booking funnel including the user experience and conversion drivers between the advertiser and Agoda
• Build long term relationships with advertisers that foster new opportunities and continuous growth in return from advertising dollars

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance
• Business development and/or account management track record with experience in online marketing
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated person with “Get it done!” attitude
• Passionately analytical with strong ability to think logically and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate, influence and persuade with different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with proven strong commercial acumen
• Ability to represent Agoda with experience in interacting with external senior level executives
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations
