Responsibilities

• Design payroll governance, process and system strategy aligned to standardization and automation to drive efficiencies.
• Capture, document and migrate local knowledge into HR Shared Services.
• Collaborate with system vendors, country teams, and payroll shared services to implement payroll solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll functionality to address enhancement requests.
• Partner with IT to translate requirements into technical solutions and prioritize enhancements.
• Support deployment and maintenance of payroll solutions across the global footprint.
