Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a Payroll Advisor to independently manage payroll accounting for Swiss customers. The role requires accuracy in master data maintenance, time recording, and year-end processes, with a strong customer-service mindset.

You will work remotely from Poland, leveraging Abacus and MS Office, and you should have at least 2 years of payroll experience and fluent English; German or French is a plus.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Independent and autonomous preparation of payroll accounting (including special features, such as accounting for mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, short-term employees) for Swiss customers
• Maintenance of master and transaction data
• Time recording and certification
• Creation of statistics and evaluations
• Contact person for the assigned customer as well as for various offices, health insurance companies or social insurance carriers
• Implementation of the year-end process and answering the resulting questions

What do you have to offer?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll
• Proficiency in Abacus system
• Good written and spoken English skills ( German / French as a plus)
• Practical experience in dealing with a common billing system
• Knowledge of income tax and social security law
• Experienced handling of the common MS-Office tools (Excel in particular)
• Independent, conscientious, and well-structured way of working
• Strong service and customer orientation
