Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a payroll specialist to manage Polish payroll end-to-end, including use of Enova365 and regulatory reporting. The role involves collaborating with clients on payroll and HR matters and maintaining electronic records.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Enova experience, strong knowledge of Polish payroll legislation, and good English communication skills to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Polish payroll environment (end-to-end payroll).
• Knowledge of the Enova payroll system and calculating payroll in Enova.
• Good command of English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Polish clients.
• Process payroll accurately and on time using Enova365.
• Prepare statutory reports and declarations (ZUS, Tax Office, PPK, GUS, PFRON, PPE).
• Maintain HR documentation and electronic employee records.
• Support clients with payroll and HR-related queries.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Managing end-to-end payroll processes for Polish clients.
• Processing payroll accurately and on time using enova365.
• Preparing statutory reports and declarations (ZUS, Tax Office, PPK, GUS, PFRON, PPE).
• Maintaining HR documentation and electronic employee records.
• Partnering with clients and support them with payroll and HR-related queries.
• Participating in new client implementations and onboarding projects.
• Driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices.
• Acting as a payroll expert, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.

What do you have to offer?

• Proven experience in the Polish payroll environment (end-to-end payroll) and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR and payroll processes
• Practical knowledge of the Enova system and experience in calculating payroll in this system is required.
• Knowledge of Polish payroll legislation
• Good command of English
• Experience in customer service and effective client communication through various channels, including regular client meetings, communication platforms, and email correspondence.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office tools and software supporting daily work in HR and payroll administration.
• Experience in maintaining employee personnel files in electronic form in the Enova system will be an additional advantage.
• Open-minded, proactive and business oriented attitude
