Job summary

ACI Worldwide, a leading payments technology company, seeks a Senior New Business Developer in Poland. The role focuses on expanding our banking payment solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will lead, plan, and execute sales strategies, working closely with Strategic Product Consultants, Customer Solution Specialists, and the Commercial Director for Continental Europe to drive renewals, add-ons, cross-sell and new logos in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years’ experience in Banking - Payment solution selling.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong personal motivation and ability to work in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in Banking–Payments and build key relationships.
• Partner with internal/external teams to identify technology solutions.
• Establish sales strategies and mobilize resources to close opportunities.
• Manage all administrative aspects of the assignment including account profiles and sales pipeline records.
• Stay current on ACI products, competitive activities and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
